Tourists from Clark Pampanga will arrive at Basco Airport, they must take flights for 1 hour and 30 minutes which costs them Php3,350 an economy flight. There are promo fare but these are rare finds. Once you arrived to the island of Batanes anyone can rent bikes or tricycle to roam around the island.
